Install WordPress on Softaculous: Setting up a WordPress Account

After that we will enter the next page, where we can enter some data for the domain to be installed WordPress script. Enter the necessary data such as domain name, blog name, description, admin user name, and admin password, for other columns leave only the default.

Oh yes, do not forget to save important data WP admin like username and password to login. Check back the data we enter, if you are sure click Install. Wait for the installation process, usually only a few seconds.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pay attention to the "In Directory" section, if you want to install WordPress in the root domain then the In Directory section is left blank. If you want to install WordPress in a new directory (such as Blog or WP), then the section should be named "Blog" or "WP". In the Database Name field can be created in accordance with your domain name (eg Maxmanroe_com) or can be left by default only.

I personally prefer to empty the "In Directory" section for WordPress installed in the root of the domain. While in the "Database Name" and "Table Prefix" I usually leave the default only.

In the "Site Name" column we can add the name of the blog / website, and enter a short description of the blog in the "Description" column. For a personal blog or business blog, do not check the "Enable Multisite (WPMU)" section.

In the "Admin username" section enter the username you want, make sure you are not using admin username as it is vulnerable to hacker attacks. Use unusual usernames, such as useromeo. In the "Admin Password" field, enter the password you want to login to WP admin, use strong password. While in the "Admin Email" field, enter your main email to manage the blog to be created. Then click "Install"
